Owners are advised to ensure that all electrical and gas appliances are in good working order, depth warnings placed for swimming pools and that windows and shutters for example are safe and not likely to cause accident. If you request a change of laundry or cleaning service Axar Properties can introduce owners to self employed cleaners who are not employed by Axar Properties this service is accepted at the owners risk and Axar Properties will not be liable for any damage or loss. Insurance is available through this office for public liability loss and accidental damage to property. Owners should make their own enquiries as to their tax liability in connection with earnings from rentals. Long term rental contracts should be completed by a lawyer. Holidaymakers and Tenants who have agreed to rent a property advertised by Axar Properties please be advised that Axar Properties have no rental contract with any of the owners of properties advertised. Due to human nature we cannot confirm that owners will arrange insurance and therefore you are advised to arrange your own insurance for short term or long term bookings to safeguard yourself against loss damage or accident during your stay.
